Boss Loot lost and no completion on the map is shown

While Fighting The Rust King in Act 1 of PoE 2 early access, he killed me and shortly after died to either my minions or Contagion. I respawned as normal, but everything the Boss dropped was gone, and I also still have a marker on the Map showing I have not defeated the boss yet.

markers showing is a bug thats been there since EA 1.0, if you can talk to the shrouded one u should be able to progress.
if it bothers you enough, enter the zone again and chose to reset at waypoint =) |

Yeah, I redid the stage to get the completion for it later. Just wanted to let the devs know about it, in case this is not intended.
