I bought early access and activated it on my account. Was able to play until now. It says I don't have access. Please help

Reusing my key doesn't work either. I am just locked out of the Early access it seems. Nowhere it says I have access. WTF

Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with this issue over the forums. Please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this with you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. | |

Just to be clear. I have been playing 2 days with my key. Redeemed it through this website. So how is it gone after 2 days? Fix this

nearly the same situation here. sent multiple mails to the support but being ghosted. No answer. PC activated key on the poe website got the steam key there and activated it on steam (got nno coins wtf) could paly for about a week and suddenly i cant log in anymore and webpage says i have no access as if i never activated anything. i tried to buy it "again" on steam but steam says i allready have the game and the support says, therefore i can not buy the game again and should contact GGG support... and here we are...nothing. Where is my access, where are my coins?
i even send a screenshot (as requested by the steam support) from the steam support as prove, that i dont fake it. on the screenshots are multiple official infos about when it got activated. WTF GGG i know its EA but we payed for this and at least you could answer. ignoring us and doing nothing is very low. I wrote the support i dont get an answer |
