Drain Mana Suffix Too Punishing For Casters

There seems to be few issues with Drain Mana Suffix.
1. The aura seems to have some bug. Even if you are way outside the blue aura of the boss, mana drain keeps going on.
2. Drain is too fast. Especially it is too punishing for casters. Even if you regenerate some mana, all is drained before you can get one cast out.
3. There is hardly any way to generate flask charges during rare fights. So you are going to be out of flask in no time.
4. Please do not put this suffix on MONK type rares. They close the gap so fast that there is no way to regenerate mana for a caster.

I did not realize that fighting inside the circle will prevent drain. Need to try it this time. Thanks for the information.
