level 31 skeletal arsonist's cost bugged.

as can be seen in the picture the spirit cost for level 31 skeletal arsonist is not adjusted correctly. i have also changed instances to make sure it is not just a visual bug.


i don't know if this is only applied to arsonists or every other minion as well since i can only do this with a level 20 and +1 corruption implicit on the gem.

edit: i have also removed the minion reservation node to make sure that it was not just some rounding up or down thing.
