Test of time bugged

On xbox s/x. Did the second ascendance, left, came back started test of time by accident,left it reset. Did 2nd ascendancy again got to test of time, went down the hall clicked the book listened to it, went threw the exit. Game booted me out to a error message saying "terrain out of sync with server, start a new instance." Did that and also rebooted the game completely i just keep ending up in the coin room and when i interact with the altar it shows me a map of the test of time like it wants me to pick a room, but i can't. I can click continue, if i do then use the door it kicks me out with same error message. I could "abandon the trial but it really don't want to do the 2nd ascendancy trial a 3rd time.
