Poison Concoction Titan Grotto Fight

The poison concoction skill does not work correctly during the titan grotto fight. The animation shows the skill activating and it just throws it at your feet. No matter where you aim. So to fight the titan you can only attack it's arm that is on the podium and hope that it doesn't move it during the skill animation. Long range attacks will only make you run out of charges. Additionally throwing the flasks right in front of the titan have no effect, so no splash damage to activate the poison, only direct contact which makes the fight ridiculously more difficult.
