Bug report. Freeze and losing everything when Dying

Hello.

So i was just doing a map, with delirium and breach.
When i opened the breach while on delirium, the game froze on me.
Of course i closed the game and logged back in.
Only to find that i had lost the waystone i had used.
I had lost all the items i had already picked up untill i froze.
And the map was set as lost and empty now.
I assume some sort of roll back happened.
But i wasnt expecting to loose everything.
Even what i had already picked up and was in my inventory.

I dont know if its a common thing that happens when multiple mechanics overlap right now.
