REMOVE PRIMARY EMAIL

Hey! I've been trying to contact you guys over email but didn't get a response. I have a POE2 Early Access Key. But my Steam account was compromised over a week ago; thankfully I managed to get it back as Steam provided assistance by sending them proof of ownership.

Recently, I noticed that my POE2 suddenly has a primary email associated with it that isn't mine which is weird because I signed up an account via Steam so there shouldn't be an email there. I tried to change it, but it's not working. Then just a few days ago, I lost exalted orbs and divine orbs from my stash. Completely gone! That's when I pieced it together.. I think the hacker put his email as a primary on my POE2 account.

I would like that email removed because it is not mine. Please help me!

We would appreciate if there is any update from your team, its a bit way too long now.

This is disappointing, my friend here has already sent an email 3 weeks ago.

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
Yes, she already sent an email, check her email please, which was sent on December 24, 2024.

Its been really taking alot of time.

Yeah, its frustrating now, I guess they'll lose players at this rate.

My friend seems already given up and will just play other games because of this.
