(Stormweaver) Force of Will bug

It appears that Force of Will stops working past a certain mana amount for cast speed scaling.





[1+((8917/15 +70)/100)] x10 = 76.447~ more cast speed from Arcane Surge

[1+((11405/15 +70)/100)] x10 = 86.033~ more cast speed from Arcane Surge

Despite the large change in max mana, cast speed on sparks remain unchanged, so there appears to be some kind of bug/cap on force of will, despite not indicated anywhere.

Also, here's another screenshot where the player unspecs Touch the Arcane passive (40% increased effect of arcane surge on you), you can see cast speed going down despite being at 11405 mana.
