Ascendancy trial three poe2

Completed on two seperate occasions once just the first trail and second time first and second trial and have not been awarded my acendancy passives for it year I used the coin that with grant passives apon completion have pictures for proof

The second run completed two trail back to back has the shrine illuminated but I cannot interact with it
