The Mad Wolf of Ogham bug quest

I finished all the quests, normal and cruel.
Tried to play endgame, but it tells me that I have to complete the campaign first in order to play maps!
Went back to normal Act 1, since there was the 'unfinished' quest.
Tried to speak wih the Hooded One, but there is not such an option to ''Travel East''.
Please fix it, I waste so much time for this character.
