Account Missing

POE Tech Support,

I purchased POE2 on Xbox and have been playing on Xbox, currently a level 20 Monk. However, when I log onto this site, using my Xbox information, it shows my old POE1 character and no mention of my POE2 character.

How can I access my POE2 character information? I was planning on buying the game on Steam and progressing my Monk when I'm away from home but until I can find that account with that progression, I'm unwilling to buy the game again.
