POE 2 character deletion bug

I guess this is worth a shot I was playing POE 2 EA when I logged off around 3 nights ago and woke up the next day to one of my characters not being in my list of characters upon start up, the Name of the character was Kilots, as this being my most played character this was a big turn off, I am sure this is some kind of bug as ive seen others have similar problems out there, please let me know if you know of anything that I could do to resolve this.
