Maximum fire resistance on Ruby jewel does not work

I just realized, my maximum fire resistance today is lowered. I tried to socket and unsocket my jewel with maximum fire resistance but it did not work. The value did not increase or decrease accordingly

I'm seeing this right now too, + max fire resist from rubies is not applying at all. The same Ruby also has standard lightning res on it and that does apply.
