Ultimatum disconnects/crashes

Now i just lost 2 ultimatums in a row, on waves 7 and 9.
Why do you think that is? Maybe im die? Or did I get 7 stacks of ruin?
No.
The first time, my game just crashed, without errors, froze and immediately closed.
The second time my internet went down, and for literally 2-3 seconds the connection was lost - I got disconnected
And the ultimatum is closing! Start all over again, as if you were dead!
Btw, both times I crashed on the transition, not in the trial itself.
Alt+f4 after that.
Don't you think this is nonsense? I've been disconnected 2 times through no fault of my own, and for that I lose the ultimatum, which takes 20-30 minutes.
The ultimatum should not close when disconnected, this is nonsense.
I think this needs to be changed.

Casual player here.

The Trials are such an awful part of this game. I seriously don't understand how can they come with such a jewel of a game and then ruin it with these mechanics.

GGG are shooting themselves in the foot with these trials.
