the mad wolf of ogham tarvel east bug - this needs fixing

Hello,

Currently stuck on the quest "the mad wolf of ogham tarvel east" No fixes seem to be working for this and you cant progress to the end game until this is fixed. This needs sorting asap as i can see countless players on the forums experiencing this issue.
