Transfering points into guild points resulted in losing points

Hi there,

I purchased 200 points and I transferred 150 into guild points, when I hit donate points, the game crashed. I loaded back in and I had 50 points left, and none of the 150 showed up in guild points.

Is there a way this can be rectified? Or have I just lost the money spent now?

I have had the same issue, minus the crash. I had transferred 155 points to my guild and it just never showed up in the balance.

Did you end up getting it resolved?

Please disregard this thread - The issue is resolved. The Guild Owner needed to log onto the website to manage the points that were transferred over. Seems there is a lot of confusion with this process.
