GGG suppprt reply time?

How long is ggg support taking to reply? I’ve messaged them about a couple of things like 2 weeks ago and still have not received any responses. For a game with this many players, do they have like one support tech?? Seriously. They are not replying to any emails. I need help with a deleted character

2 months ago I contacted them and got an answer in the same day

Now, it seems like 7 days is not even enough for them to answer :/
