email change

I try to send email write a mesage but nobody answer me, i need change my email, because i dont have acces to my old email and my old acount from poe1 its linkid to that email, need some solution y wait one answer like 15 days and nobody answer me,send mail , post in forum and send private mesage to suport its waist of my time, how much time u need to change someone email?????? its a joke
