Crashing after trying to log into Apex of Filth

Hello, today I encountered a problem where when I am trying to move from one location to another (Apex of Filth) my game crashes right before loading into the game. I've already tried almost everything I could.

What I have tried:

1. Switching form DX12 to DX11 and to Vulkan

2. Verifying integrity of game files

3. Going into app properties to enable some compatibility settings (Run this app in windows 8; Disable Fullscreen optimizations; Run this program as admin; Change high DPI settings, override high DPI scaling behavior performed by application)
/*These changes were helping me before with other games*/

4. Disabling steam overlay and completely deleting Xbox gamebar overlay

5. I've tried to use -gc 2 launch command from the list of known problems

6. I've tried to change quality textures in the game files (I am playing on everything set to "low" in the game)

7. Tried to cap my fps

8. Tried to launch the game in Fullscreen mod, Windowed, Fullscreen Windowed

9. Played with different quality settings, Nvidia 3D settings, Turning the XMP profile ON and OFF

Maybe I am forgetting something but in general, I've listed all the ways I know how to fix similar crashes, but in the end, nothing helped me.

Here is my specs:

1. Graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090
2. Processor: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900K (The known story with voltage problems fixed on my end)
3. Installed RAM: 64.0 GB

Important to know that it is only happening on one character, others loading just fine (In different locations). At this point I am 85% sure it is not the problem on my end. On the forum I've seen similar post about Apex of Filth posted on December 8th.

Also, I forgot to mention that my character is no longer available, I simply can't play because my character is in Apex of Filth and it keeps crashing over and over again from loading screen while trying to connect

So I created another character because my other one is stuck in the Apex of Filth and the same story happened to my second character. I tried to delete all shaders and cache files and it still doesn't work for me. My next step is to try to redownload the game or should I go and create the third character?

Same thing is happening to me, no crashes at all until I got to apex of filth.

Edit: Steam check integrity FIXED IT!!!

Same thing for me. Im stuck in the login screen. Not only the game crash, also the entire pc crashed.

I switched to DirectX11 and it worked. But now the Game has just 15 fps...with DirectX12 it was 60 fps.
