Cant pick up Quest Item

Hello dear Support,

i have an issue in PoE 2.
Resently i have slain Kamsa in his arena, in the very second he was dead i died too of his last attack.
The kill still counts, i ported back to the last checkpoint, BUT now i cant go back in the arena to pick up his hammer.
DO you have a resolution for that?

please help me.
