[Monk] Evasion rating seems not to apply

Hi,
I have some evasion skills and some evasion stats on my gear, both flat evasion rating and +% evasion modifiers. The character overview, however, shows 0% evasion. What am I missing here?    Last bumped on Dec 23, 2024, 5:06:19 PM
