Skill Gems Bugged - Bricked my character, unable to play

I was swapping around gems and messing with loadout 1 and 2 configurations, when all of the sudden the expanded view for each gem showed "The information is not available."
It is now bugged and I am unable to equip skills from gems. I have Bow Shot and Poisonburst Arrow equipped, yet it is showing the loadout for Toxic Growth, which is not a gem that's slotted. I am unable to equip the Poisonburst skill, only punch and Bow Shot. If I move gems around, I get inconsistent results for what is shown and no matter what I'm unable to fix this. It has completely bricked my character, please help me with this. I have screenshots and a video of the behavior I can include, but not sure how to attach it to this.
