Game crash to desktop at the most inopportune time again

It is getting to the point where it isn't just an inconvenience and more of the last straw kind of thing.Paid for the carry for the 4th ascendancy and wasted 35 ex. Got finished with it and before I could go through the portal or click anything.... boom crash to desktop. I log back in and it gives me the message that I can't enter trial because it is already completed. No points, out of exalts and more frustration to this game.
I don't expect tech support can or will do anything for figuring out how to get me the ascendancy points, and I am sure I will get trolled to "get better" or "just grind for the exalts to do it again".

This game is like my first marriage... spent a lot of time on it and at the end it is all a waste of time and you get nothing out of it but frustration and a deprived sense of feeling you got nothing out of it.

Uninstall is free though right?

Check and see if your Windows updated to version H24H2 as it is having a lot of issues crashing games/computers causing some to even have to hard restart. Revert back to H23H2 and it seemed to fix everything me and a buddy were experiencing.
