Combust from Infernal Cry and Herald of Ash Explosions do no damage

The explosions for herald of ash and from the combust mechanic on infernal cry do not seem to work what so ever. I infernal cry a pack autod one to have it explode and the explosion radius hit mobs but did 0 dmg. Also seems to be the same for herald explosions.
