Can't log in. What can I do?

Playing on ps5 and I can't log in after character select.
I'm in act 3 and the game crashed and now I can't get back in. I created another character and the game works just fine but my sorceress is totally stuck. Last bumped on Dec 23, 2024, 10:35:56 AM
