My account was broken into and a lvl 1 account is selling my items, what can i do ?

as per title, this is a private account with a lvl 1 character selling my items. I had to buy what i lost again and sure enough my old items was sold by this account.
I have sent an email to GGG but apparently people are saying they cannot get a respond from them using the old support email
I have changed my email and password, but i'm not sure what more i can do

hey there i appreciate the kindness but im back on my feet already. Whoever stole seems to not have enough knowledge to steal all items. I still managed to find 2 items worth 15 div each so i quickly sold them to recover. I lost about 130 divines

Ya I'm not sure why GGG doesn't take their security seriously. If you have an email and password attached you're basically wide open to hacking. They have no 2FA no mobile attachment. Nothing. Brother not even EMAIL authentication.

Maybe they don't take it seriously due to only being a cosmetic seller.

I don't think there are any other games this unsecure left in gaming. They need to catch up with the times in more than this category.
