Questions to uniques and skills

Hello@all,

I found two uniques and I am not sure about the value/how good they are. The first is a shield with the name "dionadair" i am playing currently a warrior lvl 28 and I don't know if it's useful(playing 1h) cause the armor, the Blockchance and without resin and or life seems not that good. The second unique is death rattle, maybe i could use it with my witch, but there is nothing for minions and atm I use life instead of energy shield. So maybe someone can help me:)

The second question is, i use ATM with the witch the skeletonarchers with venom arrow but there are the Archer's with fire arrow available, so what are better? I will of course try it and make my own experience, but I would like some opinions about it.
