Binding Chains in trial of the sekhemas instantly wrecks you.

I have 2k life and am very overleveled for the sanctum I was running. I have 75% chaos res and 75% honor res, and one stack of binding chains drained my entire life pool in less than half a second. I had no increased damage taken mods on me, and the rest of the trial monsters were barely hurting me at all.

I really hope this is a bug, because that seems insane.
