No Passive skill points Mighty Silverfist

I killed Mighty Silverfist, the passive+2 item (book) dropped when i had a full inventory. I right clicked it and it disappeared. Not in my inventory. No extra Passive points.
Restarted area and killed him again to no avail. still no book. Please help. Last bumped on Jan 11, 2025, 11:04:00 AM

Same here I got my book in act 6 and I was in maps and accidentally dropped it. The book disappeared and now the Silverfist doesn't drop book anymore. Has this been resolved?

I too have just killed Silverfist and no skill book dropped, I died on my first attempt so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
