Summon una bug

This bug is happening in the mysterious shade quest line, at the point where una is supposed to spawn at the tree. After clicking on her portal she spawns for just enough time to say "what happened here?" Before despawning. I could continue the quest line, however she did not move next to the stash at clearfell, and stayed at her original location. Now I must give her Lachlan's ring but the hooded one is not in the village as una is not in her right spot so the main quest is soft locked. Nothing seems to work like resetting the zone to try and spawn una at the tree. For now the character is dead.

Same thing happened to me. I used a character I previously created to help my gf (who plays under my account and progressed further than my lvl 4). Now the quest marker asks me to "Bring Count Lachlan's ring to Una" but she won't accept it back at camp. She also disappears after 2 seconds at the tree, just like you said.

Hopefully I won't have to start my warrior over again.
