Cross play doesn`t work? Can i not play same acc on PS5 and PC?

I started Path of Exile 2 on PS5, i paid for Early Acces. Now i bought on PC, i tried to connect with same account on PS5 but it doesn`t work. I just had to create new character. Can i continue same character from PS 5?

At character select there should be an option to select which sub-account's characters to play as.
If there isn't, I think some people had mentioned having to create a character before the option showed up. |
