Cannot Access Hideout

I just reached endgame and I’m encountering an issue where I cannot access my hideout after leaving it. When I go to the Atlas map, none of the nodes are accessible. Additionally, I don’t see the hideout icon. The only thing visible is the Ziggurat Refuge, but I’m unable to access that as well
