Purchased Pack not available
Dear Tech-Support,
I have the following problem: 1. I have purchased the Lord of Ogham Founder Pack on PSN to gain Early Access. 2. I have Early Access on PSN now, but no MTX or Currency available from the Pack I purchased. In addition, I only found out about the restrictions from PSN in regards to MTX, but I still want to have everything transfered to my main sub account, even if I can only use MTX bought on PSN, when playing my PS5. I have contact support via Email, basically on second day of Early Access, but still no reply to this. Leaving the account merger aside, I find it very irritating, that I spent 60 USD on PSN for a Pack, to which I now have absolutely no access to, for over a week. MY PSN Sub Account doesn't show the shop credits or has the MTX availble. The purchase isn't even registered in the Transaktion History of my POE Sub Account, but it is registered on the Transaktion History of my PSN Account. Please help! I have send several Emails to support, no reaction at all :( Last bumped on Jan 6, 2025, 8:29:32 AM

man this is super sad. Not necessarily about the account merge, but spending money and not getting your goods is sooo bad seriously.....

So nothing? No answer on my Mails, no feedback here...just nothing? Man my Main Account is worth like several hundred Euro and my PSN at least 150+ as well... But it seems, that I as a customer, in the flood of customers, are worth nothing at all.

Still nothing. This is really sad. I got one reply from support asking for some data input. I provided said data and the receipt from Sony and still to this day, nothing. No further reply, no fix, nothing at all since weeks.
~60 Euro spent for absolutely nothing :( |
