My evasion is stuck at 0%

Hi, I have 562 evasion but my evasion rating is stucfk at 0% which is super nerfing my build because ym gear is energy shield and evasion. I do not have any passives which affect this, have double checked.

I did get a nerf room in shekemas which reduced evasion and now its 0% no matter what gear i use. Is this a bug? its screwing me hard <3 pls fix
