Still NO refund poe 2 early acces

I can't run poe 2 on my pc, and sent email they asked for account name, and character names and never heard response back since dec 6. I started a ticket on the poe site, no response, I sent more email with all the details, transaction id etc, no response.

They said they would help, and have gotten no response since. And been waiting over two weeks.

What am I suppose to do? Horrible support system doesnt even work.

I am kind of having a similar issue, the PayPal system glitched out, so I ended up purchasing 3x instead of just one. Maybe be lenient till after the holidays when things die down a bit.
I have not got a response yet after I contacted support once. I will hound them after the holidays if I have not heard from them by then.
