Troubles getting in touch with support via Email

Hi there, I have an account issue so I emailed support Dec. 9th but had also sent a PM on Dec 8th as and other dayshadnt heard back either through the forums PM system or via email. I've had not bounce backs or even automatic replies so I wonder if my emails are even making it there.
I sent a forum message yesterday to see if maybe I could get support via but confirmed the email I should send to which was the one I did email on the 9th but I've not heard back.
Any other way I can contact them or maybe over eager in wanting a reply before so quickly. I know they're quite busy. It's the email address is the one with my Account Nedula#7023 if can see if you see it to see if my address is being blocked or something 🙁
