Movement Skills Feedback
I'd like more movement skills that can pass over/through Terrain and Enemies.
Dash Skills- Feels good to use: very fast, paths fairly well, only getting held up on terrain occasionally (minor frustration). Requires enemy target to dash, not a bad thing. Cannot pass terrain, so those last two things make it not a true movement skill to me Blink - Another great one. Passes over/through Terrain and Enemies, the most important thing for a movement skill. Very fast, cooldown is fair. Don't like using spirit on it. Leap Slam - Very much a great skill. Passes over/through Terrain and Enemies. Deals AoE Damage, knockback. Fun to use. Lightning Warp - Have not used in POE 2 yet. Seems very conditional can only teleport if there is a cull or ball lightning available. Appears to pass over/through Terrain and Enemies. Need to actually use it to say anything definitive. Shield Charge - Great concept within game mechanics, however not really a true movement skill. Blocking projectiles while charging into battle is awesome Vaulting Impact - Very disappointed. Was hoping for the ability to pass over / through terrain and enemies, stopped using it fairly early bc of that. Movement skills are fun: Even with cooldowns, just the utility of escaping enemies and traversing Terrain feels really cool. Rolling is overrated. Jumping/teleporting over chasms, up/down cliffs, really all classes should have a gem skill move that does this. So, I would like to see: Vaulting Impact be able to pass over/through terrain and enemies, like Leap Slam. Add a pure DEX skill gem that can pass over/through terrain and enemies, like a cool gymnastic hand springs into front flip or something. Last bumped on Dec 22, 2024, 1:13:49 PM
