Invalid query

trying to whisper from the website to trade and i keep getting "Invalid query; Your account must be in-game to use this feature." My Steam account id linked. Im logged into the game. Please help.

many of us have this issue. it stems from an account discrepency, that we seem to not be able to fix without GGG's help, and we all know they aren't helping.


For now, Instead of clicking the "direct whisper" button on the poe trade db, click the little arrow next to it and copy the whisper...then paste it into the in-game chat.
