Missing all my stash tabs and MTX in POE2

All my stash tabs and MTX are missing. Ive been playing POE with a default style account since launch. 4 stash tabs, nothing else. I emailed support on launch day, which eventually the email bounced back. I sent another email on the 11th and the 19th, and havent gotten any response. 4 stash tabs and endgame are unbearable. please help.
