Wind Dancer Level 21 not working

As the title says,
Wind Dancer level 20= 19% Evasion per stage Wind Dancer Level 21= 20% Evasion per stage Both gems adding the exact Same Value to evasion, 7319 evasion in my case. still "bugged"
but even PoB2 does not show an increase in evasion. excuse my english - i am from sauerkraut & bratwurst land ;)
