Merge guilds possible?

Hey Guys :)
I have a guild and a friend also has one. Unfortunately, we discovered very late that many players had quit, which is why we now want to merge to bring the remaining players together. My guild already has stash but his has more. We would like to merge the guilds, either so that I can sell the guild (if legal) or that my guild stash is transferred to his guild. is this possible?
