Can't continue the game... Ascendency inaccesible

Finished the Sekhemas trials, and the game crashed while is was reading my ascendency skills. Can't go back there. C'ant retry, cuz the token disappeared.

And the support will not do anything about it.

The money they took from us and the way they manage the situation is so fucked up.
