Character can't be searched in ingame social menu and is missing on my website account

Hello,
My character in PoE2 Early Access PS5 version is not visible on my account on poe website. Additionally, my character cannot be found in the in game social menu.
The name of my character is: Borys_
I assume the issue might be due to the "_" character at the end of the character's name. I know another player with the same problem, and their character's name also ends with an "_".

What can I do to make my character visible on my account on the PoE website, and to be searchable in the social menu in the game?
