I cant open ENDGAME act 1 is bugged i guess

currently lvl 66 and beat act3 (act6), and endgame section couldnt open it says complate the campain. i did but when i checked act 1 the mad wolf of ogham quest is still active. and says speek to hooded one to go vastiri. i already did it how we fix it pls help

If this is your 2nd character:

Run one map using the public mapdevice and talk to Doryani afterwards, that should unlock your personal mapdevice in your HO.
