Shield Charge Stops Working on Some Maps

I first noticed this in Freythorn, and again later in the game but only occasionally. In Freythorn it seems to happen constantly.

Now on Cruel and in Trial of Chaos it happens constantly in some areas.

The issue is you suddenly can't use Shield Charge. Active block still works. It can be fixed by returning to town and back or unequipping then re-equipping your shield but in the Trial of Chaos would generally return almost immediately.

This was reported in the general thread before I realised there is a seperate ps5 one. Someone suggested the issue is an interaction between CC and Travel skills in general as they reported a similar issue with leap slam.
