Bug Reports - Resistances not working? POE 2 - Forum

So i am Full 75% res on all resistances but when i am hit by a cold attack from a frost wraith or whatever i am insta frozen and getting chain frozen back to back to back. I seriously do not understand what the point of resistance is if it functionally does nothing? this has to be a bug as there is physically no way to counter this. Has anyone else come across this?

I am a level 84 warrior and this has only been happening as of recently.
