Stuck in Clearfell Encampement

My new character is stuck in the encampement. Nothing happens when i click on the spot to go to the Clearfell area and cause i haven't unlocked any waypoints yet i am literally unable to leave. I have switched to another character and back and have restarted the game, but that didn't help.
