Emergency Reload does not scale with Empowered Attack Damage Nodes

The Tooltip of "Emergency Reload" says it Empowers the next loaded Bolts and the Boldts are marked as "Attack" so I assume this should apply to them.


I tried to take every "Empowered Attack Damage" Node that is not related to Warcry.



I used High Velocity Rounds to see ifit makes a difference but after multiple tries i don't see any significant increase in damage.



I am not even sure if "Emergency Reload" apply the 20% of the tooltip at the moment
