Gas Grenade not refreshing cooldown

This is the second time this has happened. My gas grenade cooldown is stuck at 0, not refreshing. My other grenade is refreshing just fine, but gas grenade is not.

While we're at it, buff the HELL out of crossbows please and nerf galvanizing shards.
